Teach your Children

Teach your children in the way they should go and when they get old if they depart they will come back to it. I grew up in a time where all the fundamentals, the practicalities, and the wisdom of life seemed to be tossed out the window. I believe many of us are suffering the consequences of this life style. 

As for me I love the beauty and simplicity of O Natural  . Planting a garden to ensure the quality of your food may seem like a daunting task, but the reality is that if we do not put the effort into managing our own lives , someone else will take that responsibility . I think we can see the results of that.

Training our children and teaching them the discipline of responsible living will turn our world back around. The environment depends on us , we are the stewards of this earth and growing our own healthy food is one surefire way to give back.

We want health and beauty but these things take effort on our part. Start small. Educate yourself and teach your family to give back . Eat the colors of the rainbow. Here is to your health, and to our children and to our world.
