The Encourager needs Encouraged as well

I have learned that the encourager called by God to lift up others is in need of encouragement as often as others. We somehow have been gifted to rise above and take our own pain and transform it so that others can learn without the experience of what we have gone through. I for one could never encourage you without first allowing the word of my father to lift me up and fill me with love and compassion.

 Whenever I speak to you I also speak to myself.
