What does the Farm teach us?

I think it is time to take a stand for the Farmer . That would be you. You can farm on a small scale or a large scale, but the point is we need to take back control over our food supply.

I believe that when God designed the garden it was for the purpose of us developing it for many reasons.

Patience, responsibility for our own well being. Discipline in our daily living.

How about value , and character? Or relationships between family members by working together for your common good.

At some point the wake -up call comes and we begin to realize that taking a slothful, outlook to life where everything must be easy, is costing us our lives. Home schooling could be the best solution for now to the issues we are facing in the public realm.

Some would say that is going backwards, but when the momentum is spiraling down at an extreme rate we must pull away in order to save ourselves from complete destruction. Perhaps neighbors could work together to home school our kids. Break it down to small groups where it is manageable. I believe in bringing back communities that share and care for one another.

It is funny to me, if we were busy providing for ourselves what would be the need for all the greed. We would have everything we need and all of these issues we are facing would subside because they would no longer be supported by us. Lets say, we made our own clothes, blankets, towels, canned our food, grew our food, raised our own meat , milk and eggs. Do you think you would have time for all the things you spend your time on now, those things you complain about daily. Gas prices, insurances, no jobs, economy, and on and on it goes. How simple could life be when we set our schedules and spend our time with family everyday, verses someone else raising our children? Just thoughts, but we create lives where we depend on others and on things to keep us going so much, I wonder what would happen if these things where no longer available. We cannot, spell for ourselves, do our own math, feed ourselves, or have a decent conversation with another human being. I believe we have wondered far from the boundaries of quality living, and returning to the basics would restore what we in all of our wisdom have created and complain about daily.
