Hello everyone. It has been a wonderful experience learning about he natural ways of healing the body. One of the things I do for myself is grow Microgreens. What are microgreens. as a seed is planted the stages of developement brings forth different virtues of what is inside. At the stage of Microgreen these small plants are not only diverse n color texture and taste, but they are power house containers of nutient dense vitamins minerals antioxidants and so much more. How could there be so much value in somthing so small. By the grest design of our creator. With life becoming more and more a challenge it is well for all of us to investigate what we are doing to ourselves and the planet so we can be healthy. I always believe the body was designd for health not sickness and disease. Just as having a mind set on the things above so to shall we meditate on those powerful words we speak and the daily routines of how and what we place in our bodies. I always say we cannot give away to others what we do not have ourselves. so as I educate myself on the power of foods that feed and nurish the body I offer you as well the ability to participate into the future of health care. This is the preventive side as well as the restoration of what has been lost due to seperating ourselves from the true principles behind a healthy life style.
